Automatic quantitative packaging scale weighing packaging machine products, in the field debugging and production process, sometimes the following problems, simple analysis is as follows:
1. The automatic quantitative packing scale does not clip the bag when it works, and the scale bucket can not put the material. This situation is usually the problem of the clip bag switch, and the solenoid valve and cylinder controlling the clip bag.
2. Automatic quantitative packaging scale size feeding door, said bucket feeding door can not be opened or feeding door can not be closed, in the elimination of mechanical fault, generally is the cylinder and control solenoid valve problems.
3. Automatic quantitative packing scale can not automatically open the feeding door and loose the bag after weighing the material weighing bucket, such as manual feeding button, generally there is a problem with the solenoid valve or cylinder of the control material door, and it will return to normal after replacement of spare parts.
4. The leakage of the bucket mouth or pocket mouth of the automatic quantitative packaging scale is usually the problem of the solenoid valve or cylinder with the scale body seal being lax and the air pressure being insufficient (check the air source is greater than 0.4MP).
5. The measurement of automatic quantitative packing scale is inaccurate, and the instrument display is unstable. It may be the instrument zero drift (need to calibrate the standard weight) or the parameter setting needs to be corrected, or it may be the fault of the weighing sensor (need to check, confirm and replace the sensor weight calibration).
6. If the system cannot discharge normally, set the selection switch to manual.
